NOMAC is a leading Operations and Maintenance provider of proven, safe and cost-effective O&M service of desalination and power plant at multiple sites in the Middle East . at operates nearly 11 GW and 2.1 million m3 per day water using
RO & MSF technologies. NOMAC has developed strategic business partnerships with SEC & SWEC that leads enables it to operate & maintain multiple projects in the Kingdom; The Shuaibah IWPP & Shuaibah IWEP in the South of Jeddah, The Shuqaiq IWPP in north of
Jizan and the Bowarage IWP in Yanbu.
NOMAC has just started operating and maintaining one
of the largest power & water plants in the Kingdom, the
Rabigh IWPP in Rabigh and the Ourayyah IWPP in the
eastern region which is a combined cycle gas fired
power plant with a net generation capacity of 3927
MW.

for qualified & experienced personnel to fill in the

1. SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications :
- University or College graduate, major in Engineering.
- Knowledge of power plant operations.
- Minimum 5 years work experience for college
graduate.
- Minimum 4 years work experience for university
graduate.
- Must have previous work experience in utility
industry.
- Preferably with work experience in Thermal Power
Plant.
2. CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR – Power Operation
Qualifications :
- High Diploma Graduate/Bachelor in Engineering
Degree preferred.
- 4-5 minimum years of experience for High School
graduates.
- 3 years minimum work experience for Engineering
graduates.
- With previous work-related skill, knowledge, or
experience in control room operation of power plant/
utility industry.
- Preferably with work experience in Thermal Power
Plant.
3. SHIFT FOREMAN
Qualifications :
- University or College graduate, major in Engineering
or Chemistry.
- 5 years work experience for college graduate.
- 3 years work experience for university graduate.
- Must have previous work experience in utility
industry.
- Preferably with work experience in Thermal Power
Plant.
4. FIELD OPERATOR
Qualifications :
- DiplomaTechnical College graduate.
- 3 - 4 years minimum work experience for Technical
college graduates.
- With work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in
field operation of power plant/utility industry.
- Preferably with work experience in Thermal Power
Plant.
5. FGD CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
Qualifications :
- Diploma / Technical College graduate preferable.
- 3-5 years minimum work experience for Technical
college graduates.
- Must have know how in DCS.
- With work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in
control room operation of power/FGD plant/utility
industry.
6. FGD OPERATOR
Qualifications :
- Technical College graduate.
- 3-5 years minimum work experience for Technical
college graduates.
- With work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in
field operation of power/FGD plant/utility industry.
7. CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR – Desalination
Qualifications :
- Technical School diploma/Vocational School
graduate.
- Knowledge of water desalination specifically Reverse
Osmosis (RO) minimum 5 years experience in RO plant.
- Knowledge in equipment trouble shooting and power
plant equipment operation
- At least 5 years related professional experience.
- Work experience in a utilities industries.
8. SENIOR PLANNER
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production,
Mechanical or related field)
- Licensed professional engineer
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and materials
planning in the utilities environments.
- At least 5 years related professional experience , with
at least 1 year in supervisory
- At least 3 years work experience in maintenance
planning or maintenance section/department in power
plant operations (preferably, ISO certified).
- Highly organized, strong analytical and
communication skills; attention to details and initiative,
strong personality and capable to audit the activities
report of technicians.
9. CHIEF MECANICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or
related field), Master’s Degree preferred.
- Licensed engineering professional
- Strong knowledge in power plant equipment
maintenance
- Computer knowledge (MS Office)
- At least 10 years related professional experience, with
at least 5 years in leadership capacity
- Work experience in maintenance of power plant
equipment, boiler/turbine and auxiliaries, spare parts
identification and management, planning & scheduling
of maintenance.
- Strong leadership (planning, organizing, multi level
communication) and technical writing skills.
10. MATERIAL PLANNING AND CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production,
Mechanical or related field)
• Licensed professional engineer.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and materials
planning in the utilities environments.
• At least 10 years related professional experience, with
at least 3 years in managerial capacity
• Work experience in a power plant operations and
maintenance
• Excellent leadership skills - planning, organizing,
reporting, multi level communication
