Job Description

You will design, develop, incubate, and release Human Capital Initiatives and Programs. You will work in domain of career and people development planning, hiring and recruitment, employer branding, people research, and other human capital initiatives and programs.

Requirement

We are looking for someone with:

• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Mature, willing to learn and contribute
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa
• University Bachelor / Master Degree majoring from General Management, Human Resources, and Operations
