Graduate Engineering Trainee Program: R&D

Graduate Trainee Program is a specific development program open for young graduates to develop leadership skills in your area of focus in R&D. Combining practical ‘on the job learning’ and formal training courses with structured Mentorship Program.   You will undertake 6 months of theexperiential learning program and deeply involved in day-to-day R&D operations and projects

(Requirements & Qualifications)

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with engineering background in chemical engineering

2. Excellent academic performance (Minimum GPA : 2,9)

3. Possess no more than 1 year work experience

4. High intellectual capability ‘peer group’

5. Excellent English, passive & active

6. Energetic person with a strong drive for results, high flexibility, highly confidence and motivated person
