• Ensuring contractor’s work quality of houses/building contraction.
• Calculating development cost and preparing tender.
• Good communication and leadership.
• Bachelor of Civil, fresh graduates / Experienced > 1 year

Manager Tender & Quantity Surveyor

• Coordinate & Evaluate technical / commercial submission of Sub-contractors and vendors.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantity and undertake cost analysis.
• Having good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor/Master of Civil, Experienced > 3 years

Civil Manager (High rise Building/Landed House)

• Managing all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure scheduled completion.

M/E Manager

Landscape Design Officer

• Designing and reviewing landscape design.

Access Permitted Officer

• Arrange activities and coordination with other units and regional government agencies related to a process of increasing access to development.

Marketing Manager

• Responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records related to Tax

• Maintain physical filing of Tax Documents safe guard for its completeness.
• Having Brevet certificate A-B, able in accounting is preferably.
