•    Production Line Leader (Prod-LL POLBAN) –
(Manufacture/ Mechanical/ Electrical)

Function        : To control quality and productivity on production line
Job Descriptions    :
1.    Maintain process & product quality on production line to meet Q specification
2.    Set Up line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan
3.    Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if any problems
4.    Perform KAIZEN activity in production line
5.    To control operator performance to achieve production target
6.    To check and analyze nonconformity product and minimize inferior


•    Manufacturing Engineering Technician (ME-Tech-POLBAN) –
(Electrical/Mechanical)

Function        : Designing Machinery, Equipment and Part
Job Description    :

1.    Design machinery / equipment / part (Electrical Scope)
2.    Machine programming ( PLC )
3.    Prepare part list, part drawing and machinery equipment
4.    Support trouble shooting on production machine
5.    Do machine cost down activity
6.    Control progress, schedule, and budget
7.    Arrange machinery DR


•    Product Engineering Technician ( PE-Tech-POLBAN) –
( Mechanical/Electrical )

Function    : As product technical window among production, supplier and customer, handle type testing and maintenance and new product development,
Job Description    :

1.    As technical expert who support sales people on customer relationship
2.    Handle RIS project include sample to customer
3.    Do product testing
4.    Maintain testing equipment
5.    Support other department towards to the product technical problem



•    Production Planning Off (PPC-Off-POLBAN) – Any Major

Function             : Coordinate quality and productivity on production dept.
Job Descriptions

1.    Coordinate internal control & purchaser officer daily activity
2.    Coordinates stock taking activity to related department
3.    Coordinate added value analysis with related department
4.    To identify & control aspect impact & emergency risk of related activities (ISO 14000)
5.    To monitor and control implementation of ISO 9002, ISO 14000, and PLP activities and implementation


•    Production Maintenance Leader (PM-LL) – (Mechanical/Electrical)

Function        : To maintains and monitoring all machines in Production
Job Descriptions    :

1.    To check analyze and repair the machine problem occurring on production machinery
2.    To control and coordinates maintenance activities, modification of production machinery, equipment, jig, and fixtures to get the better performance.
3.    To check and control the stock of machine spare part, machine, equipment, and jig.
4.    To set implement the periodical maintenance schedule and 5S implementation
5.    Improve the subordinate performance by continuously guide and train them


QUALIFICATIONS:

1.    Hold Diploma degree (D3) from any major above
2.    GPA min 2.75 ( 4.00 scale )
3.    Male / Female with max. Age 27 years old
4.    Available for Fresh Graduate
5.    Strong Leadership, honest and high integrity
6.    Computer literate ( Office, Drawing, Statistical )
7.    Aggressive & Target Oriented Person.
8.    Good spoken & written in English
